TuneUp is our tech team's (with input from many other teams across PUP) quarterly innovation extravaganza. Our development teams spend 2 days tinkering away on cool stuff they have been wanting to do for ages. The end result = awesome new products, enhancements, process improvement, caffeine highs, pizza bloat and prizes!!
There are lots of amazing, talented people here at PUP so we celebrate their successes in style. We have a peer nominated CEO Award, a referral program, monthly birthday cakes, CEO briefing breakfasts, company wide goal achievement celebrations and so many other ways we show how much We ValYou one another!
We LOVE growing talent! Many of us began our career journey at PUP, worked in a variety of roles, relocated and/or became leaders. Our Grad Program runs in June-July each year to commence late Jan the following. Or intern through the Swinburne Industry Based Learning Program (IBL) - we've been part of it for 13 years.
Working for a Global organisation is more than just locating yourself in a cosmopolitan city. The EMEA Region enables you to engage with such a diverse group of clients, understand local requirements, practices and challenges. It's great combining work with a European lifestyle. - Vaughn Harber, Product & Technical Account Management.
It has been amazing assisting in setting up our offices in South East Asia. Singapore is such a vibrant city with amazing architecture, food and people. The Talent Management challenges here are also very different - this means looking at everything we do with a different lens. - Follow Aaron Hardy, Solutions Engineer on Twitter!
Depending on your role you might be able to work from home, flex your hours or look at PT options. You can salary sacrifice an extra 2 weeks annual leave or take extended leave without pay to do those “once-in-lifetime” trips. We're also happy to consider options that we may not yet offer.
We are a global socially collaborative crew, our Friday night drinks & nibbles often include VC hook up between Australia, Singapore and London. Our employee-led “PUParazzi” committee are all about bringing people together, having a laugh and raising funds for great causes. We Yammer vigorously & encourage social media use!
We encourage you to take control of your career and support you building your capability (it's one of our corporate goals) with a range of L&D programs, access to external training & relevant study support and internal coaching and mentoring. Local and international secondments are common for our high performing team members.
Healthier employees are happier employees, so let us take a little care of you with flu vaccinations, regular work health checks, access to discounted gym membership and regular fruit box deliveries. And there's always Wii Sport for those bad weather days.
We believe in being active participants in our community, we get behind our team who aim for sky high fundraising in the Eureka Stair Climb, sweat it out in the BRW Triathlon Series, use team meetings to collect coin for Oxfam or endeavour to save life and limb through First Aid training.
We asked a few of the many 5+ year PUP anniversary celebrants to cite one thing that they did to mark the occasion, this was our favourite: “I reflected on the wonderfully talented and genuinely nice people who made my journey so enjoyable over the last 10 years.”
I've been working on the US Sales team for just over 5 months. I love being on the team because we are all in 100%. We work together well, we have a great time, and we are all equally as passionate about being the best we can be. -Heather Eusterman, VP Business Development.
